When adventure calls, will you answer?

Party up to take on adventure modules - self-contained storylines run by a game master.

A keep on a hill seen from a long road

00  —  Adventure modules

A heist to acquire a priceless treasure, a dungeon crawl to slay an evil lich, a courtly gala hiding a deadly secret - some stories need more than a simulation. Adventures are narrative experiences that are created and run by game masters, just like your weekly tabletop campaign.

Highlights

  • Single- or multi-session experiences
  • Bring your existing character or create a new one

00  —  The dungeon master

Who is pulling the strings?

Behind every adventure module is a dungeon master, sitting at the other end of the table. They give voice to the innkeeper, the villain, the dying guard with one last secret. They twist the knife when you get cocky and cut you a break when the dice turn cruel.

Highlights

  • An unseen presence that guides NPC actions
  • Can tune difficulty on the fly
  • Rewards clever play the writers never anticipated
A character preparing supplies before a journey

00  —  Your choices matter

Your adventures affect your life.

How prepared you are when the call comes depends on how you spent the quiet weeks before it: the gear you forged, the contacts you cultivated, the favors you stockpiled.

Whatever you bring back from the adventure - gold, glory, a cursed blade, a debt to a dangerous stranger - carries over to the persistent world. The module ends. Its consequences don't.

Highlights

  • Downtime crafting and prep pays off in the field
  • Contacts and reputation open doors mid-adventure
  • Loot and rewards carry back to the persistent world
  • Scars and consequences follow you home
